Further Description of Sighting: They usually stay in the sky, or moderate distance to the ground. Sometimes they have flown low. They have lights as a terrestrial craft would, yet make no sound, even when flying low. They preform maneuvers that are impossible for any known aircraft to preform. (90 degree angles, vertical flight)
