My friend and i were in the hot tub in her back yard. she lives close to pti airport. while in the hot tub i like to look up at the high flying planes. i was looking up at a plane going sw and seen a bright light appear in the sw not too far from the plane. it was as bright as a planes landing light. that was all you could see.. just a bright light. there were some high clouds that you could see through, not very thick. i think that the light and the plane were about 30 some thousand feet high. the light cough my attention, that it was moving slow for a plane . it would move slow and stop and start moving again. this happen three times until it stopped and move out into space. my friend had went back into the house to get something and did not see it. it was starting to move out int space when i told her to get her camera. by the time she got back it was gone…. i know what i seen was not from this earth.. i think it was looking at the air port…
