The year was 2000. i was the passenger in a pick up truck. we were about mid way between jamestown, new york and altoona, pennsylvanina. it was approximatly 8pm. it was a couple weeks before thanksgiving and it was fairly cold outside. i was looking around because i was bored. i looked up and saw a strange shadow in the sky. i asked the driver to pull over. i got out of the truck and i saw it fully. it was very large and stationary. the underside was completely black except for four lights just inwards of the four points. it was diamond shaped. i could see it because the night sky around it was brighter than the bottom of it. i couldn't guess at the altitude. we got back in the truck and started traveling again. the craft seemed to be keeping pace with us. after awhile it just seemed to dissappear. i had no idea what the craft could be except a u.F.O. i didn't become upset because i got no indication that the craft knew that we were there.
