I got out of my truck after coming back to my residence and was looking at how blue the sky was when my attention was drawn to what i assumed was a balloon that had an odd appearance. it seemed to hover but it also seemed to be changing shape. first i grabbed some binoculars to look at it and i couldn't figure out what it was so i snapped three photos of it and a very short video. then i went inside and i haven't noticed it since.
