We were on our balcony on the 11th floor when we seen this blinking object moving we were having a smoke and watching the traffic. we did not think of it too much until we came back out. we the recorded the object for a few minutes on our balcony just hovering over near another building. we do not believe it was a drone the size of this object i bet could fit 30 people on it. this was a big object and we have it on video, we recently just discovered this website from facebook and a person named steve hudgeons jr asked me to email him the vide so we did then he told us to fill out this report. we are hoping to find answers about what we saw. we lost sight of object because at that time my fiancee cat was dying and we needed to take care of her so we could not stay recording the object. about an hour or so after it was gone when i went back to balcony to chek with vide recorder again. i will upload the video to the media attachments and i will also send a picture of what it looks like in the day time showing its country land with no towers or lights in that part of the video.
