UFO Sighting in Missouri on 2016-12-31 00:00:00 – White, cigar shaped. didn’t see any wings looked stationary, saw a slight reflection on the tip for a second then nothing.

I saw a cigar shaped object while we were around the clinton area on71 highway. it may or may not have been moving i couldn't tell. my wife agreed it was completely white and didn't have wings
