Saw white +2 mag pseudo-star object moving from n to ne, in the constellation perseus. i was outside walking my dog after dark. i always look up at the stars when outside, and have seen many pseudo-stars in my area for the past two years. noticed the object moving quickly. i waived orange light at it, it saw me, stopped, reversed direction and followed me home several blocks (moved about 100 degrees across the sky). hovered over my home until i went inside. (i went inside because the objects never leave as long as i am outside. i no longer linger since i have a scary history with these objects, and just now have decided to report them.) the object moved at high airplane level (best guess). altitude usually very high, but respond to orange light from the ground. took photo from cell phone (hard to see), could not see object in photo until i enlarged it. have many better dslr photos of similar objects which leave a light trail on multiple second exposures, but no trails in sky. enlarged photo shows craft of some sort. craft was log-like. objects move quickly and slowly, can turn in any direction. pseudo-star luminosity appears linked to velocity: white when moving fast, orange-red-gray when hovering. look like most other stars in the sky, except they don't twinkle, and they move!
