Second Half: Bob Fletcher is a retired investigative researcher who conducted a probe into the CIA’s involvement in U.S. drug trade. His report was presented to several congressmen including Sonny Bono. Since then, he has turned his attention to the return of Planet X or “Nibiru” and in the second half, he will discuss the latest evidence for the rogue planet and how weather is being controlled by the U.S., Russia and China.
