First half: An internationally recognized expert in communication and relationships, Dr. John Gray PhD., will discuss his ground breaking work describing the innate differences between men and women and why being a man or woman in today’s society is more nuanced and complex than ever. Yet, despite the changes, men and women remain fundamentally different on a hormonal level. He will explain what these differences mean and how to overcome them.
Second half: McKay Jenkins holds degrees from Amherst College, Columbia’s Graduate School of Journalism, and Princeton, where he received a Ph.D. in English. After experiencing a health scare of his own, he set out to discover the truth about toxic chemicals, our alarming levels of exposure, and our government’s utter failure to regulate them effectively. He will be focusing on GMO foods from both sides of the debate, going far beyond where the GMO conversation has gone before to discover how GMOs actually affect the health of our families, food, and the planet.
